About the School
Our public policy school, which bears Ambassador Andrew Young’s name, teaches students to follow his visionary example by bringing together leaders in government agencies, businesses and nonprofits to craft policies that benefit cities, states, countries and their people. Our academic programs and research productivity rank us among the nation’s top 25 policy schools, according to U.S. News & World Report.
Our school continues to expand its engagement and influence in policy and public management. Our faculty, students and alumni continue to make important contributions to management and policy in areas ranging from social work and economics to public management and criminal justice. Our degree programs and research agenda will continue to attract talented and deserving students from diverse backgrounds, along with top-level faculty who will challenge them to transform themselves and their communities.
