Randall Kent

Randall Kent (B.B.A. ’08) is an entrepreneur, adviser to early-stage companies and chair of the Georgia State University Alumni Association Board of Directors. He co-founded the venture-backed company Cypress.io, which enables companies such as Adobe, Delta, Disney, Lego, Microsoft, Netflix and Slack to deploy software faster and with increased confidence.

Kent is actively involved in his community and alma mater. In addition to his role on the alumni board, he’s also a trustee for the board of the Georgia State University Foundation. Kent also provides ongoing support to the university as a mentor to students and committee member of the university’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Institute, and as a donor through a scholarship he’s endowed for Honors College students. Kent also serves on the board for Park Pride in Atlanta.
