Rachel Guinn

I obtained my Associate’s degree in Police Science Administration and my skill set includes public speaking, training, graphic design, video/audio production and editing as well as general office administration/ assistant talents that add to my outstanding customer service and user experience skills.

I am part of the IT CRM Migration Team for University Advancement. My role is design, organize and conduct scholarship training programs and curricula for the Salesforce products and university scholarship and Advancement systems. Users include, but are not limited to, faculty, staff, and students. Ad hoc support for upgrades and consolidations.
